Return and Exchange of Products

1. The user has the right to exchange an item purchased on according to the following rules and conditions:
   1. Under standard conditions – within 3 days from the date of receipt of the product.
   2. In the case of a discounted purchase – within 1 day from the date of receipt.
   3. The purchased item may only be exchanged if:
      • The item retains its original appearance.
      • The brand label is not damaged.
      • The user has the purchase confirmation document (receipt).
      • The product has a factory defect.
2. Exchange is not possible if the product shows signs of use or if the damage was caused by use of the product or improper opening of the packaging.
3. The cause of the product’s damage will be determined in the store based on an assessment conducted by a specialist.

1. Products purchased on and the amount paid for them are not subject to return, except in cases provided by the applicable laws of Georgia.
2. The user is obliged to check the item delivered by the courier on the spot, since after the product is handed over, return is not possible based on any visually detected defect.
