LLC “Nabu” (405193302) (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) is focused on the protection of personal data and the confidentiality of information, in full compliance with both international data protection standards and the Law of Georgia on “Personal Data Protection.”
 
The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform users how the Company processes and uses the personal data of users registered on, and how it ensures the protection of their confidentiality and security.
 
The following data is processed from users registered on: first name, last name, personal number, gender, telephone number, e-mail, residential address, purchase history, payment operations related to the purchased product, and the last four digits of the credit card used for purchasing the product, if the user selects the card-saving function.

Order placement and Courier service/Shipping & Delivery

The following terms and conditions for placing an order and courier service/delivery apply at LLC “Nabu” and apply to products purchased through the website.
 
Order Placement Conditions:
  1. Upon placing an order, the user receives an electronic notification confirming the order.
Courier Service Fees and Delivery Time Within Georgia:
  1. The user benefits from free delivery if the total value of the products purchased from the Company exceeds 1000 GEL.
  2. For orders valued at less than 1000 GEL, the following conditions apply:
    • Within Tbilisi – 7 GEL.
    • In the regions of Georgia – 12 GEL.
  3.  Delivery time depends on the user’s location:
    • Within Tbilisi – orders placed before 15:00 are delivered on the next business day.
    • In the regions – delivery is made within 2 (two) business days.
Courier Service Fees and Delivery Time Outside Georgia:
  1. Courier service fees and delivery time outside Georgia depend on the size, weight, and destination of the purchased product.
  2. The delivery fee is indicated at the time the order is placed.
By using the website, the user confirms that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions and are therefore informed of the order placement and courier service fee policies applicable at the Company.
 

Return and Exchange of Products

Exchange of Products Purchased Online:
  1. The user has the right to exchange an item purchased on according to the following rules and conditions:
    1. Under standard conditions – within 3 days from the date of receipt of the product.
    2. In the case of a discounted purchase – within 1 day from the date of receipt.
    3. The purchased item may only be exchanged if:
      • The item retains its original appearance.
      • The brand label is not damaged.
      • The user has the purchase confirmation document (receipt).
      • The product has a factory defect.
  2. Exchange is not possible if the product shows signs of use or if the damage was caused by use of the product or improper opening of the packaging.
  3. The cause of the product’s damage will be determined in the store based on an assessment conducted by a specialist.
 
Return of Products Purchased Online:
  1. Products purchased on and the amount paid for them are not subject to return, except in cases provided by the applicable laws of Georgia.
  2. The user is obliged to check the item delivered by the courier on the spot, since after the product is handed over, return is not possible based on any visually detected defect.
